Work history and achievements

After graduating in software engineering, I pursued a mainly technical career that was always focused on customer value. This is also why I became passionate about Agile methodologies and became an ambassador for them in every organization I encountered along my path. I have worked in international and multicultural environments, developing a strong ability to adapt and to communicate effectively with distributed teams. I founded Green Property with the goal of bringing innovation and sustainability to the short-term rental sector, combining my passion for technology with my love for the Italian territory.

Personal Profile

I have always paid close attention to sustainability and respect for the environment. I am passionate about slow, low-impact travel, and I have found in sailing a perfect blend of these two interests. Sailing has taught me respect for nature, patience and the importance of working as a team toward a common goal.

I find in non-hotel hospitality a continuous source of inspiration and happiness. I love welcoming guests from all over the world, listening to their stories and giving them a little piece of our beautiful country, Italy, as an indelible memory. Every guest is an opportunity to create authentic connections and to promote a more conscious and sustainable form of tourism.

I have always sought to combine a passion for technology with making daily work more efficient, creating systems and processes that make hospitality more seamless and personalized. In my free time I practice Aikido and swimming, disciplines that help me maintain balance and focus.
